I believe we are living through the End Times of the current phase of world history.
Major social changes such as violent revolutions or massive social upheavals are often preceded (precipitated?) by a string of natural disasters such as famines, earthquakes, tsunamis or floods, because it is in these circumstances that the flawed assumptions and ideologies underpinning our social structure come under the greatest stress from reality. If a series of natural disasters come within a compressed period of time the false worldview will buckle under the strain and realign with REALITY, God's golden standard of Truth.
If these disasters are on a global scale the revolution in thinking can be truly epoch-making, apocalyptic on a world-historical scale of significance. A revelation of truth (apocalypse) followed by the starting point of a new cycle in time (epoch), representing a reversal of psychic poles and anti-poles or an alignment (or realignment) of the conceptual planets inside our mind, revolving around our centre of being.
I'm not gloating too hard at you sitting here in NZ, either. I'm sure we'll have our turn soon enough, one way or the other.

Instruction Manual:
This web page is a visual transcription a series of stream-of-consciousness images generated via free-thought-association. To externalise the images I typed keywords describing them into Google Images and chose the closest matching image presented to me by the search engine to create a pictorial log of the inside of my head.
It's like using the Internet to transcribe your mind. It's creepy how often I would type something in, and an image would pop up that was almost exactly what I was thinking about. Sometimes it was like it even clarified the picture inside my head by externalising it and creating a positive feedback loop via my senses.
Several of the images have been manipulated, and a minority were recorded using a digital camera (such as the table-top penny spiral), in the cases where the visualisation represented something in my immediate environment, or something that could only be realised through physical creation.
You can approach it as a word/image association puzzle. Each image in the series has some form of conceptual connection to the images before and after it via either words, numbers, colours, geometry, equal-and-oppositeness or symbology. Sometimes there are multiple connections. If you solve each pair you can hop from one image to the next from the start to the finish like stepping stones, or a frog jumping from lilly-pad to lilly-pad. Sometimes the associations can be confusing, especially if a sign has been associated with it's equal and opposite. Juxtaposition does not necessarily mean equivalence. Your interpretation may be 180 degrees wrong. However, this is a non-zero amount of information, because you can be sure it's not 90 degrees or 270 degrees around the spiral. Make sense?
